During Race Weekend, between July 16-18, the Customer Service office will be located in Salon 109B of the DEC.
| Credential Centre |
The Credential Centre is located in the South East corner of the DEC, Salon 110 A & B. This is where pre-arranged media, sponsor and corporate credentials are issued. Photo identification must be presented, and an insurance waiver signed for pick-up. Credentials are assigned to a specific individual, are non-transferable and must be picked up in person. Transfer or loaning of credentials by any individual will result in confiscation of the credential and refusal of entry to both the individual found with the credential, and the person to whom it was originally issued.
Credential Centre Hours:
Please note individual sanctioning bodies may operate on limited hours of operation. Credentials are not available for pick-up after the Credential Centre has closed for the day.
As a general rule of thumb, the lines are shorter earlier in the event week.

| Entry Inspection |
For all events over race weekend, patrons will be asked to open purses, backpacks or other bags for inspection upon entry. Prohibited items, including all other items deemed a risk to staff and/or patrons’ safety by event security will not be permitted onto the event grounds.

| First Aid |
There will be First Aid stations on the grounds and additional roaming mobile EMS personnel. Confirmed First Aid stations to date:
- Room B1 of the DEC
- Room B2 of the DEC
| Food & Beverage |
No food and/or drinks may be brought onto the race grounds. Free fountain water is available on site within the Direct Energy Centre or the Allstream Centre. To ensure the safety of our event staff and racers on track, only closed food and beverage containers can be carried over bridges or track crossings. For example, water bottles are permitted across a bridge as long as its cap is securely fastened.

| FREE FRIDAY |
Ontario Honda Dealers Association is opening the gates of the Honda Indy Toronto on Friday July 16th. Event goers can enter and sit in any grandstand seat free of charge. Everyone will also gain exclusive access to the IndyCar Paddock. Spectators are encouraged to check out different vantage points from all the grandstands throughout the day. Donations will be accepted on behalf of the event's featured charity, Make-A-Wish Canada ®.

| Hotel Packages |
Exclusive Honda Indy Toronto hotel rates are available at Delta Chelsea Hotel and Resorts. Complimentary shuttle service to and from the event grounds will be provided for guests on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of the race weekend. Please refer to Tourism Toronto for hotel and ticket packages.

| Information Services |
There are 6 locations throughout the facility.
| Junior Tickets |
Junior is defined as 12 years of age and under. All junior ticket holders are to be accompanied by an adult when entering and while on site. Any person with a junior ticket whom is not a junior will be removed from the grounds.
Any child under the age of 24 months is not required to purchase a ticket but must sit on the lap of the parent/guardian.
| Liquor and Alcohol Management |
No alcoholic beverages may be brought onto the race grounds. If a guest attempts to enter the grounds with alcohol, the guest will be removed from the grounds and may face police charges. Alcoholic beverages can be purchased on site and are not permitted to leave the designated licensed areas.
Any guest purchasing, in possession of, or consuming alcohol must be 19 years of age or older and be able to prove their age by showing valid photo identification.
| Lost and Found |
The Lost and Found is located at the Gate 1 box office.
| Media Devices |
Audio and video recording devices are not permitted on the event grounds. Such devices include, but are not limited to video cameras, camcorders, audio recording devices, professional cameras, and lenses exceeding 10” in length.
Professional cameras or any other audio/video recording equipment is allowed only if the user has the proper media credential provided by event organizers.
| Parking |
On-site parking is only available with an event-issued parking pass. A 3-day parking pass is available for $70 (including applicable taxes) and 1-day pass is available for $30 (including applicable taxes). On-site parking is located at Medieval Times, at Dufferin Street and Saskatchewan Road (West Parking).
Please see the Directions sections for details on how to get to the West Parking lot.
Additional parking is available nearby at Ontario Place. Private lots, garages and on-street parking are also available. Please observe all posted parking regulations.
Accessible Parking
All permanent on-street accessible spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The Direct Energy Centre underground parking lot has limited availability and serves as the accessible parking lot on site. The entrance point to DEC underground parking is at Strachan Avenue.
Bicycle Parking
The Exhibition GO Station contains a Bikeshare Hub, bicycle parking, and secure bicycle lockers.
| Permissible Items |
The following items may be brought onto the race grounds but will be subject to inspection by event staff and security:
- Binoculars, scanners, and cameras with small case
- Camera stands (tripods, monopods, etc.) are allowed on the grounds as long as they do not obstruct the view of others; such equipment is not to be used in the grandstands
- Purses, backpacks and other small bags
- Recognized mobility aids used by guests with disabilities are permitted. Guests are advised to bring a lock to chain wheelchairs and scooters underneath the grandstands
- Seat cushions
- Strollers
- Umbrellas may be used as long as they do not obstruct the view of others.
All items are brought on site at your own risk. Honda Indy Toronto staff and security are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

Strict security measures have been put in place to ensure an enjoyable experience for all event guests. Violating these policies may warrant ejection or arrest:
- Abuse of intoxicants
- Carrying food and drinks over bridges or track crossings
- Disorderly conduct/fighting/profanity
- Placing cups on walls
- Running/jogging
- Standing on grandstand seats
- Standing or sitting in walkways, grandstand aisles, and ramps
- Smoking in grandstands, suites, bridges, tunnel, or buildings
- Spitting tobacco
- Throwing or kicking objects
| Prohibited Items List |
None of the listed prohibited items may be left in or around the gate area. We ask all patrons to leave any non-essential, prohibited items at home, or locked in the trunk of your vehicle. The following items are not permitted on the race site:
- Audio/Video recording devices
- Coolers
- Folding chairs
- Food and beverage
- Frisbees, helium balloons, or inflatable items of any kind
- Golf carts for personal use
- Glass bottles/containers, cans (including aerosol)
- Handbills or samples are not to be distributed or placed on the grounds without the expressed written pre-approval of the event organizers
- Laptop computers
- Large bags, including but not limited to: duffel and grocery bags, luggage
- Laser lights and pointers
- Motorcycles or off-road vehicles (including ATVs, ATCs, dune bug bicycles)
- Pets (service animals excepted)
- Skateboards, rollerblades, roller-skates, scooters, or bicycles

Tickets purchased by phone or at the box office on July 16 - 18, 2010 are subject to additional service & handling charges.

The Super Photo Pass has been discontinued and will no longer be available for purchase.

| Taxi |
The suggested taxi drop-off point is at the intersection of Strachan Avenue and Fleet Street, East of the DEC and North of Gate 1.
| Ticket Refund and Exchange Policy |
Please ensure that you carefully review your ticket selection before you complete your purchase. The Honda Indy Toronto and ClickNPrint have a strict no refund or exchange policy.
Pending availability, tickets can be upgraded both before and during the event.
| Ticket Upgrades |
Ticket upgrades are available for purchase at the main Box office located at in Salon 108B of the DEC. For example, General Admission ticket holders may "buy-up" into a Reserved Grandstand Seat.
| Track Details |
The race track is a 2.84 km (1.755 mile), 11-turn temporary street course located downtown Toronto, Ontario. The track is constructed throughout and around Exhibition Place grounds and utilizes Lake Shore Boulevard as the backstretch.
