Welcome to the Honda Indy Toronto Fan Guide. We are committed to ensuring an enjoyable atmosphere and experience for all of our guests. The information found in this guide can be a helpful tool for your experience at the race. We look forward to seeing you at our event in 2013. The Honda Indy Toronto features a 2.84 km (1.755 mile), 11-turn temporary street course located in downtown Toronto, Ontario. The track is constructed throughout and around Exhibition Place grounds and utilizes Lake Shore Boulevard as the backstretch. The event is run annually in July, and will take place July 12-14, 2013. 2013 will be the fifth running of the Honda Indy Toronto, and for the first time, will feature a full length IndyCar race on both Saturday and Sunday. Each race will be an equal length, championship points race. As one of three 'doubleheaders' on the IndyCar schedule, the new concept is sure to double the thrills. Tickets and/or passes must be located on your person at all times when on the event grounds. The proper ticket or credential is required for admittance into areas such as the Genuine Honda Parts & Service IndyCar Paddock and hospitality suites. The Honda Indy Toronto assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets. Duplicate tickets will not be issued. A Will Call window will be set up at Gate 1, on the east side of the grounds. The customer service office will be located in Salon 109 of the Direct Energy Centre (DEC). The ticket box office will also be located here. Ticket upgrades, ticket issue resolutions and Genuine Honda Parts & Service IndyCar Paddock passes can be purchased at this location. Ticket booths will also be located at each of the three Spectator gates. They are located at: The Credential Centre is where pre-arranged media, sponsor, and corporate credentials are issued. Photo identification must be presented, and an insurance waiver signed for pick-up. Credentials are assigned to a specific individual, must be picked up in person, and are non-transferable. Loaning or transfer of credentials by any individual will result in confiscation of the credential and refusal of entry to both the individual found with the credential, and the person to whom it was originally issued. Please note individual sanctioning bodies credential pick-up may work on limited hours of operation. The Credential Centre is located within the Direct Energy Centre. Credential pick-up will be in Salon 110 A&B, located on the northeast corner of the DEC. Hours will be determined closer to race weekend. The Media Centre will be located within the Allstream Centre, Room 206D; access will only be granted to individuals with media credentials.
Tips:
On-site parking is only available with an event-issued parking pass. On-site parking is located in the West Lot at Medieval Times (Dufferin Street and Saskatchewan Road); or the Gore Lot, located on the east side of the grounds at Fleet Street and Lake Shore Blvd. Additional parking may be available at Ontario Place, private lots, and on-street parking, but are not guaranteed, as spaces are limited. Bicycle Parking
Please check the GOTransit website for more information regarding bicycle parking, as there is no bicycle parking on-site at the Honda Indy Toronto.
The suggested taxi drop-off point is at the intersection of Strachan Avenue and Fleet Street, east of the DEC and north of Gate 1.
ACCESSIBLE PARKING All permanent on-street accessible parking spaces are available on a first come, first served basis. There is accessible parking located underground at the DEC, where there is access to elevators to the main foyer. There is limited availability and an accessible parking pass must be purchased (all in conjunction with a government issued accessible parking permit). Hotel Packages Hospitality & Passes Merchandise Volunteers To ensure the safety of our patrons and/or event staff, at all gates over race weekend patrons will be asked to open purses, backpacks or other bags upon entry. Prohibited items including all items deemed a risk, and listed below, will not be permitted onto the grounds. Violating these policies may warrant ejection or arrest.

On Friday July 12, your Ontario Honda Dealers will cover the cost of admission for everyone to check out the spectacle and excitement of the Honda Indy Toronto, in exchange for a donation to Make-A-Wish® Canada. With generous support from fans, Honda Canada and the Ontario Honda Dealers have raised more than $200,000 for Make-A-Wish® during the previous two seasons, helping to make the wishes of children who are living with a life-threatening medical condition come true. Honda Fan Friday will feature a jam-packed schedule of on-track action, and for the first time ever in 2013, IndyCar series qualifying for Saturday's race! Stunt shows, contests, autograph sessions and all kinds of off-track entertainment will be in full gear from gate open to close across the event site, providing something for everyone, race fan or not!
Are media devices allowed on-site? Audio and video recording devices are not permitted on the event grounds. Such devices include, but are not limited to, video cameras, camcorders, audio recording devices, professional cameras, and lenses exceeding 10" in length.
Does a 2-Day, Saturday, or Sunday General Admission ticket provide me a seat?
A General Admission ticket does not provide a designated seat. There are a number of viewing areas throughout the circuit, including our Craft Brew House. What is the Genuine Honda Parts & Service IndyCar Paddock Pass?
This pass allows access into the Genuine Honda Parts & Service IndyCar Paddock, which is a large, exclusive area on-site where the headquarters for each team is situated. The IndyCar's are displayed here while not on track, along with each team's mechanical trailer and crew. It provides spectators with access to buzzing backstage excitement not offered at most sporting events. What is the Gore/West Parking Pass?

General Admission ticket holders may upgrade to a Reserved Grandstand by paying the difference in price. What happens if I cannot attend the event, will I get a refund?
Please ensure that you carefully review your ticket selection before completing your purchase. The Honda Indy Toronto and ClickNPrint have a no refund or exchange policy.
Can I get into the Genuine Honda Parts & Service IndyCar Paddock on Honda FAN FRIDAY?
Your Ontario Honda Dealers have ensured that Honda Fan Friday provides everyone access into the Honda Indy Toronto event grounds on Friday July 12, 2013, in support of Make-a-Wish Canada.
The Genuine Honda Parts & Service IndyCar Paddock will be restricted to only Paddock Pass holders. For more information on Paddock Passes and how to acquire one, please call 416-588-7223 x215 Is there a charity that is benefiting from the Ontario Honda Dealers Association Honda FAN FRIDAY Event?
